Failed to create site. Site contains illegal character ‘:’ Nintex Workflow

I was getting the following error when I wanted to create a site with Nintex workflow:

Failed to create site. http://portal/sites/Martijn contains illegal character ‘:’.

When you look at the action you think that everything is filled out ok

There error comes from the Url field, you need to define the name the url is going to be.
